06/24/04 - Port of Stockton - Notice of Determination filed by the Port after certification of the final EIR. Spells out their plan for the West Complex, Rough & Ready Island close proximity to homes. Is this what the Port told you? They downplayed impacts! This is their plan for your community to become a 24-hour port/heavy industrial area with massive pollution problems.
06/29/04 - California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Request for Corrective Action Plan & Groundwater Elevation Measurements at Roberts Island DPS Site. This request to the Port relates to acidic conditions in the dredge spoils that were used to shore up levees along Trappers Slough.
07/08/04 - Port of Stockton - Letter from the Port to Senator Machado requesting to rescind or delay the request from the Water Quality Control Board.
07/12/04 - Barbara S Matthews - Letter from Barbara Matthews, Alan Nakanishi, Greg Aghazarian, & Guy Houston to the Water Quality Control Board requesting an extension on behalf of the port.
